Coming Soon: New Online Portal for WISH Program Users

As part of our ongoing commitment to partnering with our member financial institutions to expand access to homeownership in the communities we serve, we are excited to announce the upcoming transition to a new technology platform for participation in our WISH downpayment assistance program.

Our new Community Investment Portal will offer member users a streamlined, simpler, and more efficient process for participating in the WISH Program, year-round. Using the Community Investment Portal, members will be able to easily enroll homebuyers, submit funds reservation requests, initiate disbursement and repayment requests, and submit supporting information and documents. At this time, only members will have access to the Community Investment Portal.

We are planning to launch the new Community Investment Portal on July 15. In preparation for the launch, we will have a freeze period when members will be unable to apply to participate in the WISH Program, reserve funds, request disbursements, or process repayments. To minimize disruption and ensure a hassle-free experience as the new portal is implemented, we encourage members with ongoing WISH disbursement requests to send us complete packages prior to the freeze period so that we can reimburse eligible requests prior to the new portal launch.

Please note: Incomplete disbursement requests submitted prior to the freeze period may need to be resubmitted once the new portal is live. Funds reservations will be migrated to the new platform and will not need to be resubmitted.  

As we make this technology transition, please be aware of these key dates and temporary process changes.

Upcoming Key Dates:

  • Friday, June 14:  Last day that members can apply to participate and WISH users can upload documents, including disbursement requests and repayment notifications to the current documents portal
  • Friday, June 28: Last day that members can reserve funds
  • Monday, July 15: Launch day for Community Investment Portal

Details on how to access the Community Investment Portal are coming soon. All members will be notified once the new Community Investment Portal is live. Hands-on support from our Community Investment Department team will be available as needed. We will also have short tutorial videos available to guide members through the features available on the new portal.
