2026 AHP General Fund and Nevada Targeted Fund Application Window Now Open!

The Bank is now accepting applications for our 2026 Affordable Housing Program (AHP) General Fund and Nevada Targeted Fund. Application materials are available in the Forms & Documents section of our website.

Deadlines:
Tuesday, February 24, 5:00 pm Pacific Time: Deadline to request a project application workspace on the secure portal.
Tuesday, March 3, 5:00 pm Pacific Time: Deadline to submit an application for funding in the 2026 AHP General Fund and Nevada Targeted Fund competition.

This year our AHP application webinars are available on-demand at the bottom of this Apply page or in the Forms & Documents section of our website. The webinars provide a comprehensive overview of the AHP application process and cover the essentials of preparing a successful application.
