2026 Affordable Housing Program General Fund and Nevada Targeted Funds Awards Announced

On June 22, the Bank awarded $60.1 million in AHP General Fund grants in the 2026 funding competition. 39 projects will receive AHP subsidies helping to create 2,676 units of affordable housing.

The Bank also awarded $6.2 million in AHP Nevada Targeted Fund grants to 6 projects, helping to create 218 units of affordable housing.
