Maryann Beerling

Maryann Beerling is the Director of CAH Housing Services, a division of Compass Affordable Housing, Inc., located in Tucson, Arizona. In this role, she oversees affordable housing development, asset management, and consulting services for metropolitan and rural communities. Previously, Maryann served as CEO of Compass Affordable Housing, where she led a team that developed and operated affordable housing communities and programs supporting homeless and low-income households in Arizona. She has received several awards, most recently the 2025 Arizona Department of Housing Arthur Crozier Partner in Housing Legacy Award. Maryann has more than 28 years of experience working with nonprofits and governmental agencies throughout Arizona. Her projects include multifamily housing, housing for special-needs populations, fully equipped tiny homes, rehabilitation of existing shelters, and rehabilitation of existing multifamily complexes.
