To help our Affordable Housing Program participants understand and comply with critical regulatory requirements and the Bank’s AHP project monitoring policies, FHLBank San Francisco offers AHP Compliance Webinars quarterly. This compliance training is an AHP requirement: funds will not be disbursed for a project unless both the member and project sponsor attend a compliance webinar at least once every two years.

Our AHP Compliance Webinar is about one-hour and attendance for the entire webinar is required. The webinar will cover:
- Submitting documentation for initial and long-term monitoring
- Demonstrating and validating the need for subsidy and feasibility
- Maintaining your project's initial or modified score
- Executing AHP retention documents
The AHP Compliance Webinar is free, but attendees must be register in advance. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email from GoToWebinar with additional instructions.
