Information required for Bank review of rental project disbursement requests is contingent upon the current project development status and a comparison of the originally approved to current or final project financial information.
Depending on project characteristics at the time of the disbursement request, select the appropriate option below:
Disbursement Type I: Construction Not Complete-Financials Unchanged from Application
Select this option if project construction is not complete and all elements of both the project development budget (sources and uses of funds) and the project estimated operating pro forma submitted with the originally approved application remain unchanged.
Disbursement Type II: Construction Not Complete-Financials Adjusted from Application
Select this option if project construction is not complete and any element of either the project development budget (sources and uses of funds) or the project estimated operating pro forma submitted with the original approved application have changed.
Disbursement Type III: Construction Complete-Habitability Document Issued
Select this option if project construction is complete, a project habitability document has been issued (e.g., Certificate of Occupancy, Notice of Completion, etc.), and at least 80% or more of the project units are leased up (or occupied).
