AHP Disbursement Requests: Owner-Occupied Projects Instructions
Information required for Bank review of owner-occupied project disbursement requests is contingent, among other factors, on whether:
- construction or rehabilitation costs are incurred;
- the request is for a partial disbursement of the approved AHP subsidy to fund one or more identified borrowers;
- the request is for a disbursement to fund a "pipeline" of unidentified borrowers;
- the project requests a single disbursement of the total approved AHP subsidy to fund project development costs.
Depending on project characteristics at the time of the disbursement request, select the appropriate option below:
Disbursement Type I: Downpayment Assistance for Acquisition of Existing Homes
Select this option if the project involves only acquisition of existing homes with a direct subsidy passthrough (for downpayment assistance) to borrowers. This request may involve a partial disbursement of the total approved subsidy for one or more identified or unidentified borrowers (i.e., pipeline disbursement). No construction or rehabilitation costs are incurred.
Disbursement Type II: Acquisition with Construction and /or Rehabilitation
Select this option if requesting a partial disbursement of the total approved AHP subsidy for one or more identified or unidentified borrowers (i.e., pipeline disbursement) and construction or rehabilitation costs are incurred.
Disbursement Type III: Single Disbursement - Construction Not Complete or Single Disbursement - Construction Complete
Select this option if requesting the total approved subsidy in a single disbursement. AHP funds will be applied directly to project development costs, and there will be post-construction passthrough of direct subsidy to borrowers.
