AHEAD Program Status Reports
AHEAD Program:
Annual Project Status Reports for Grant Recipients
AHEAD is a recoverable grant program. If a funded project achieves the operational goals that were outlined in the grant application and the purpose of the funding has been served, the project sponsor must make its best effort to repay the grant to the Bank within three years after being notified of the award.
For a period of up to three years following receipt of an AHEAD grant, the recipient is required to provide annual status reports to the Bank and the member who submitted the application on their behalf. At termination of the grant agreement, a final status report must be submitted.
- Using the AHEAD Program’s Annual Project Status Report form, the grant recipient must provide:
- Current project status
- Financial statements showing expenditures of AHEAD funds and explaining any significant variances to budgeted use of grant funds
- An account of progress made toward achieving goals and objectives that were outlined in the application for funding
- An assessment of whether the project has been successful in meeting any of its goals and objectives during the report period
