Affordable Housing Program Annual
Certification Now Available Online
 
Dear Community Lending Partner:
 
Our Affordable Housing Program Annual Project Certification will be available online beginning in mid-December.  Project owners are required to certify that rental projects are in compliance once the projects are complete.  Automating the certification process will provide greater efficiency and accuracy for project owners and members.
 
How it Works
For each project, the Bank will send an e-mail informing the project owner that the certification is due.  Certification e-mails are sent to project owners on a monthly basis, depending on the certification due date.  The e-mail will contain a link to the online certification.  For authentication purposes, project owners will need the AHP project number to access the certification for each project.
 
The project owner can certify or not certify the project.  When the project owner submits the certification to the Bank, both the project owner and the member will be notified by e-mail to confirm receipt of the certification.
