Supplier Diversity Office

Our Commitment to Working with Diverse Suppliers

The Bank is deeply committed to diversity in all aspects of our business, including our supplier network. We believe that the existence and utilization of diverse suppliers in our procurement practices directly contributes to our mission of building strong and vibrant communities.

We also support various supplier diversity outreach efforts sponsored by numerous organizations, including the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council and our local Western Regional Minority Supplier Development Council. These activities include opportunity fairs, one-on-one matchmaking sessions, business development roundtables, and supplier development projects.

We believe supplier diversity is a smart operational decision and is imperative in today’s business climate. Our efforts help us identify and deliver high-quality products and services across all business channels, while driving value and economic development in the communities we serve.
