Selected Rules and Regulations

The following list includes selected rules and regulations from the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) and the Federal Housing Finance Board (FHFB). The FHFA was established on July 31, 2008, and has regulatory authority over the Federal Home Loan Banks. The FHFB was the Bank’s previous regulator.
 
The list may also include rules and regulations from other federal agencies that may affect the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco and its members.
