Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco Announces Dividend Rate for Second Quarter 2004

San Francisco – The Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco today announced that the dividend rate for the second quarter of 2004 is 4.68% (annualized). The Bank’s dividend rate for the first quarter of 2004 was 3.95% (annualized).

The Bank has posted its second quarter financial report.
