Vice President, Financial and Operations Audit, Appointed at the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco
 
San Francisco—The Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco has named Jill Race Vice President, Financial and Operations Audit. 

As part of the Bank’s internal audit function, Ms. Race oversees the audits of several areas throughout the Bank. She has over 17 years of auditing and financial services experience. She has held positions as Audit Manager and Interim General Auditor for E*TRADE Financial. Prior to that, she served as Vice President and Audit Manager at California Federal Bank. She holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago as well as a B.A. in Business Administration from Illinois Wesleyan University. She has completed the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington and she is a Certified Public Accountant.
