Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco Appoints Two Vice Presidents
San Francisco—The Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco has promoted Beverly G. Davis to Vice President, Information Systems Audit, and Gerald A. Hinkle to Vice President, Capital Markets Internal Audit.
In May 1999, Beverly Davis joined the Bank as a Senior Information Systems Auditor. Currently, she directs and oversees the independent assessments of risk and internal controls of the Bank’s technology environment. Prior to joining the Bank, she was an Information Systems Audit Consultant at Bank of America. She received a B.S. in Finance and an M.B.A. from Golden Gate University.
Gerald Hinkle joined the Bank in May 1998 as an AVP, Capital Markets Auditor. As part of the Internal Audit Management Team, he manages the audit functions of several Bank areas, including Treasury, Financial Risk Management, Strategic Planning, and FAS 133 accounting. Prior to joining the Bank, he served as a Risk Management Consultant at Ernst and Young. He earned a B.A. in Economics from California State University, Fresno, and an M.A. in Economics from Indiana University.
