John T. Wasley Appointed to Board of Directors at the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco

San Francisco—The Federal Housing Finance Board has appointed John T. Wasley as a public interest director of the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco. Wasley is a partner in the Los Angeles offices of Heidrick & Struggles, a retained executive search firm with more than 1,400 executive search professionals and employees operating from more than 50 locations around the world. Before beginning his recruiting career in 1997, he served as senior vice president of the People's Bank of California, where he was responsible for managing commercial lending, special assets, loan servicing, and corporate real estate. He is chairman of the Los Angeles Business Council and of Chrysalis, a nonprofit organization that works to help people achieve self-sufficiency through employment. Wasley's term on the Board of Directors runs through December 31, 2004.
