2010 WISH and IDEA Program Webinar

If you weren't able to attend one of our recent workshops, join us for a free 2010 WISH and IDEA webinar!

WISH and IDEA first-time homebuyer matching grant programs are important tools to expand homeownership opportunities for lower-income families and individuals. Both programs can also complement or supplement a myriad of local, state, and federal programs and initiatives.

The online version of our informational workshop is an opportunity to find out how to submit successful applications for 2010 WISH and IDEA funds and learn more about:

Recent program changes
Homebuyer eligibility and requirements
Eligible uses (for a match of up to $15,000 per homebuyer)
The disbursement process
Using WISH and IDEA in conjunction with Neighborhood Stabilization Program funds
Compatibility with FHA’s Streamlined 203(k) and a variety of downpayment assistance programs
