Affordable Housing Program: 2008 Compliance Workshops
Want to find out more about how to comply with our AHP monitoring policies and procedures? FHLBank San Francisco member financial institutions and project sponsors/owners that have received AHP funds, as well as those interested in learning more about program requirements, are invited to attend a three-hour interactive workshop.
Meet the Bank's compliance staff and network with affordable housing professionals from Arizona, California, and Nevada as we cover:
- How recent policy changes will affect your compliance reviews
- What type of documentation we require during our Initial Monitoring and Long Term Monitoring reviews
- How we evaluate projects at Initial Monitoring and Long Term Monitoring
- What are best and worst practices
- What happens when we determine noncompliance
- How to resolve a noncompliance issue
Thanks to the generosity of our co-hosts, there is no cost to attend the workshops!
To encourage discussion, attendance at each workshop is limited. Due to space limitations no more than two members from each organization, institution, or agency may register for the same workshop. All attendees must be pre-registered; walk-ins will not be able to attend.
