Mark J. Watson is Senior Vice President and Director of Internal Audit. He has over 25 years of senior management and auditing experience in the financial services industry. He was most recently the Senior Vice President and Director of Internal Audit at Borel Private Bank & Trust Company. Prior to joining Borel Private Bank & Trust Company, Mr. Watson was the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Charles Schwab Bank, and he was a Senior Vice President in the internal audit department at Charles Schwab & Company. He has also held positions at Bankers Trust and KPMG. Mr. Watson received a Bachelors of Accountancy degree from the University of Glasgow, Scotland. He is a Chartered Accountant.
