Suzanne Titus-Johnson

Suzanne Titus-Johnson is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Ms. Titus-Johnson became Senior Vice President and General Counsel in April 2005 and assumed the additional responsibility of Corporate Secretary in 2007. In this position, she serves as the Bank’s chief legal officer, providing legal counsel to the Bank’s management and Board of Directors on relevant legal and regulatory matters impacting development and execution of the Bank’s business strategies, policies, and practices. She also directs and manages the Bank’s legal staff and outside counsel. Ms. Titus-Johnson first joined the Bank as staff attorney in 1986 and was promoted to Assistant Vice President in 1992, Vice President in 1997, and Vice President, Assistant General Counsel in 1999. Ms. Titus-Johnson earned a B.A in Economics from Pennsylvania State University and a J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
