	Executives Dean Schultz President and Chief Executive Officer Dean Schultz is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco. Mr. Schultz became President and Chief Executive Officer in April 1991. Mr. Schultz is a member of the Board of Directors of the Office of Finance, which facilitates the issuance and servicing of consolidated obligations for the Federal Home Loan Banks. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Social Compact, an organization dedicated to increasing business leadership for and investment in lower-income communities. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Schultz was Executive Vice President of the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York, where he had also served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. From 1980 to 1984, he was Senior Vice President and General Counsel with First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Rochester, New York. He previously was a partner in a Rochester law firm. Mr. Schultz earned a B.A. at Colgate University and holds a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center.
