J. Todd Roof
Senior Vice President and Director of Internal Audit
 
Todd Roof is Senior Vice President and Director of Internal Audit. He directs the Bank’s internal audit function, which is responsible for evaluating and determining the effectiveness of the Bank’s internal controls.
 
Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Roof was the Global General Auditor for Barclays Global Investors (BGI).  BGI is the world’s largest institutional investment manager with over $1.4 trillion under management. Prior to joining BGI in 2002, Mr. Roof was a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Risk Management - Financial Services division, specializing in operational risk and technology. He has over 17 years of public accounting experience, primarily in New York serving large multinational banks and investment managers. Mr. Roof received a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.S. in Accounting and Taxation, both from Oklahoma State University.
