Kenneth C. Miller
Senior Vice President, Financial Risk Management and Strategic Planning
Kenneth C. Miller is Senior Vice President, Financial Risk Management and Strategic Planning. He manages the Bank’s Asset/Liability Committee process, financial management framework, and strategic planning. Mr. Miller spearheaded the effort that led to the Bank joining the Mortgage Partnership Finance® Program, a mortgage purchase program that offers members the opportunity to sell conventional conforming and government fixed rate loans to the Bank. He was also instrumental in establishing the Bank’s position regarding capital reform and continues to play an important role in the implementation of the Bank’s new capital plan. Mr. Miller joined the Bank in July 1994 as Vice President, Financial Risk Management. Before coming to the Bank, Mr. Miller was Senior Vice President of Asset Liability Management at First Nationwide Bank. He received a B.A. and M.A. in Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
