	Executives Kenneth C. Miller Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Kenneth C. Miller has been senior vice president and chief financial officer since August 2011. He is responsible for the treasury function, accounting, operations, financial planning and analysis, and strategic planning. Mr. Miller was senior vice president, financial risk management and strategic planning, from August 2001 to August 2011. He joined the Bank in July 1994 as vice president, financial risk management. Previously, Mr. Miller held the position of senior vice president, asset liability management, at First Nationwide Bank. He received a B.A. and M.A. in economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
