Vera Maytum
Senior Vice President and Controller

Vera Maytum has been senior vice president, controller and operations officer, since 1996. She is responsible for the management and direction of financial accounting and the Bank’s operation areas. Ms. Maytum joined the Bank in 1991 as vice president, director of audit, and was promoted to vice president and controller in 1993. From 1985 to 1991, she worked for Deloitte & Touche in the audit area. Prior to that, she was vice president, financial accounting, at Bank of America. Ms. Maytum earned a B.A. in mathematics from the University of Colorado. She is a certified public accountant (inactive).
