	Executives Lisa B. MacMillen Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Lisa B. MacMillen is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Ms. MacMillen became Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 2007. In this position, she oversees the activities of the Bank’s operational divisions, which include Finance, Financial Risk Management, Financial Services and Community Investment, Credit and Collateral Risk Management, Controller’s Department, Information Services, and Enterprise Risk Management. Ms. MacMillen joined the Bank in 1986 as a staff attorney and was promoted to Assistant Vice President in 1992, and to Vice President, Associate General Counsel in 1997. Since 1998, she has been Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary, responsible for corporate governance matters, policy issues, and special projects. From 1998 to 2005, she also served as General Counsel. Ms. MacMillen earned a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from Miami University and a J.D. from the Boston University School of Law.

Lisa B. MacMillen is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Ms. MacMillen became Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 2007.
